  • Request access to our secure document sharing site to upload and receive documents online. 
  • Bring stiimulus payment information to your appointment,
  • Provide health insurance verification document. 1095-(A, B or C).

**Must bring to your appointment all information and documents required to complete your tax return based on last year's return and knowledge of recent changes. Additional or follow up appointments to complete your return due to excessive information missing or negligence on your part may cost you additional fees as multiple sessions would be needed to complete your return.

   

 

 

1040 FILERS / ITEMIZED DEDUCTIONS (long form) 

Note - due to 2018 tax reform and increase to standard deduction less taxpayers will be able to itemize. You need to exceed $24,800 if you are filing Married or $12,800 if you are single.

  • Medical / dental and insurance expenses.

  • Property Taxes or Property Taxes.

  • Vehicle registration (DMV). License fee only, not the renewal fee. (bring the renewal notice).

  •  Mortgage interest, mortgage insurance and points paid.

  • Charitable contributions.
